Implementation path
Start from a real business problem, then build toward a continuously improving system.
Implementation should not aim to ship every feature at once. Start with a measurable loop, observe results, reflect, and extend at a pace the organization can safely absorb.
01
Define the first problem
Choose a clear pain point: missed inquiries, scattered knowledge, workflow delay, slow reporting, or unseen exceptions.
02
Organize sources and boundaries
Clarify trusted sources, sensitive data, user roles, and human confirmation points.
03
Build the first loop
Connect input, memory, reasoning, recommendation, execution, outcome, and audit.
04
Observe and reflect
Track completion, errors, handoffs, cost, time, and customer or team feedback.
05
Expand roles and systems
Connect more data, tools, and roles only after the first loop proves stable.
